We are not responsible for damages to products incurred in shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to

inspect the packaging and contents very carefully and report any damages to the carrier.

Additional shipping and packing charges applied to total for oversized products. All animated products are

fully tested and inspected prior to leaving our shop. We are not responsible for damages incurred by any

misuse of our products.

Our number ONE priority is to get you good quality products ON TIME.  We correspond with you to finalize the sale. We correspond with you to tell you we received your payment… And again over any long holidays to tell you that you have not been forgotten…. And again when your product ships out! Each of our orders must be confirmed and entered into our payment system by a real person only AFTER it is placed into our estimated delivery schedule by a real person.

We cannot sell any parts of our equipment as separate components.

We cannot give you a copy of any of our product blueprints, music or sound effects.

We do not support user hacking, tampering or modifications what so ever.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cosmetic variations in our products are a normal manufacturing process.  Minor differences in the costumes and facial characteristics of each of these Animatronics are not flaws, but a result of hand crafting  these products. These are not mass produced toys, each POISON HALLOWEEN PROPS "Monster" is an original work of art.

Units using an air compressor will come provided with an industrial male air hose connector for it's intake port; however you will still need to provide air hose and air hose connectors to feed air from your compressor main tank to a reservoir tank near the animatronic. All of these things can be bought from your local hardware store.

All units DO NOT INCLUDE air compressor, extra air hose connectors reservoir tanks, feed air hose.
